By downloading or using the BrightBud mobile application ("App"), operated by Snidhi Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
The App is intended for use by parents or guardians on behalf of their children.
BrightBud is an educational application designed for elementary school students (Grades 1–5).
The App provides:
Parents must create an account to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
BrightBud may offer premium features through subscriptions or in-app purchases.
All billing and payment processing is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can manage subscriptions through your device's App Store or Google Play settings.

All content in the App, including text, graphics, questions, explanations, and software, is owned by Snidhi Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
BrightBud is a supplementary educational tool and does not replace formal education.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snidhi Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
